refurbished apartment sea view tended gardens
i was happy with the refurbished apartment it had a well-equipped kitchen area and a modern bathroom. our double balcony gave us beautiful views of the sea i so enjoyed it. the gardens were tended with care a gentle touch visible everywhere i looked.
the entertainment finished quite early each evening i hoped for just a little longer.

solid stay by the sea
great beach good view
beach access was great. room had a good view and staff helped me out. finding it quick made me really happy. i felt welcome when i got there.

breakfast had varied options as a buffet. i noticed the breakfast included multiple choices. the buffet layout made it easy to find everything i wanted. there was always something available.

my apartment was spacious with a double balcony. the bedroom and kitchen were in the living area. the views were great from the sea and surrounding area. the area was very pretty.

the staff i talked to seemed helpful and friendly. one person daniel helped us with everything we asked. the restaurant staff helped out and was quick to assist. reception was quick.

it is very close to the beach. views from the upper pool looked superb. nearby there were walks through pine forests. a bus goes to the old town.

the hotel has two swimming pools. the gardens were well maintained. the pools had enough beds for everyone. the pools area looked clean and modern, so it was very nice.

a balanced visit
spacious room free water great location unfriendly staff limited food inconvenient check-in
the room were spacious. free mineral water were available throughout my stay. the location are great, i have to say.
the check-in process are not great. i had to leave my bags and returned later. also, the staff wasn't that friendly, i expect a warmer welcome. the food choice was limited.

tasty food good drinks good entertainment rude staff unclean room late check-in
the food was tasty with a good selection of drinks. top pool was nice and did not have so many kids. the bar was open at good times up there. lots of entertainment was on offer and the entertainment was good.
on arrival reception staffs was rude and unwelcoming. they ushered members of my group out of reception. rooms were only ready at 3pm. i got keys to an unclean room to change and suitcases just had to be left in reception.
